Can I upload and storing videos on my server?

Jun 1, 2008 at 5:55 PM
Hello! I tried to understand how to store videos not on SilverLight server, but on mine. Is it possible? All info about video is recorded in the database of SilverLight server, I guess. Maybe it's possible to create my own database on my server. But I didn't exactly understand the structure of it. And why the possibility of "local" videos storing is not supporting by default?
Thanks to any help and sorry for my bad english :)

Hello all,

today I was able to successfully move my videos to Azure BLOB storage and modify application to make use of this new location. It works like a charm as you can see at http://video.ordo.sk/. If there is anyone interested in an outline for modifications, I am willing to post it but no sooner then next week. I am super busy this week and must first finish some other urgent work.
